You will need to download the FREE version of Zoom to your device. I will send you a Zoom invitation link each week and let you know if any equipment is needed for the classes. After the Live lesson a recording is sent to you so that you can repeat the class or do it at a more convenient time for you.

You can join me for Zoom lessons for one week as a minimum – just email me which week you are interested in joining us.

I have an injury, can I start in a group class?2025-11-25T15:02:05+00:00

It is always advisable to start your journey into Pilates with a private lesson to help you understand the basic terminology and to get to grips with finding the deep core muscles. This is even more important if you are suffering with an injury or are in chronic pain.

I’m new to Pilates what should I bring to class with me, and what should I wear?2025-11-19T13:49:23+00:00

To start with you will only need a mat, perhaps later you might want to purchase your own head cushion, bands etc, but these are also provided should not have them. We usually use our own hand weights which should be between 1 kg ( beginners ) and  5 kg ( experienced and strong )

Your clothing should be easy to move in, something like leggings and T shirt are fine. Please wear clean socks or clean bare feet!

Sometimes a bottle of water might be necessary.
