The work starts from the inside out – We create a strong core and each subsequent movement we practice in class begins from that strong centre of the body.
Over time, and with practice, the work we do in Pilates starts to become second nature and you embody the principles of balancing strength with flexibility, better posture and balance – all without having to think about it!
