We will have 2 classes, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, punctuated by coffees, teas, cake and a delicious healthy lunch!

This January’s Pilates Escape Day venue will be, The Riverhouse Barn in Walton on Thames in Surrey, with the Pilates Escape Day running from 10am – 16.00pm. The total cost is £125.
